In order for your student to participate in this trip, you must complete and submit TWO (2) forms by December 8, 2021:
The Noteworthy Tours "Tour Registration" form
The Brunswick Bands "2022 Disney Trip Student Registration" form
Adult Chaperones
If you are interested in applying to be a chaperone for this trip, please complete and submit the "2022-23 BHS Music Disney Trip Chaperone Application" form by November 30, 2021.
