In order to participate in this trip, students (and parents interested in being a chaperone) must complete and submit the Noteworthy Tours "Tour Registration" form by February 1, 2026
Please review the Slide Deck further down this page for more guidance on how to register. One thing you will need to note is the Tour ID, which is "FL3611BHS"

Some of the chaperone requirements and expectations:
Chaperones must:
register for the trip
submit the application form and be selected
pay the full trip fee, as well as any incidental expenses
successfully complete the background check process mandated by the Brunswick City School District
Additional chaperone requirements and responsibilities are listed in the application form
Applications are due at the time of registration
Applications will be reviewed by the Directors and school administrators

Trip participants are responsible for ensuring payment in full is made through the Noteworthy Tours process. For those participants needing assistance with making payment in full, there are some options available. See below.

BBPO Scholarships
BBPO Scholarships
It is the intent of the Brunswick Band Parents Organization (BBPO) to provide a small supplemental payment towards the trip for every registered marching band student. The specific amount is yet to be determined, as the final cost of the trip is not yet known.
Additional scholarship support is available from the BBPO to those students who request assistance. Please reach out to treasurer@bbpo.org to start the request process.
